You agree to keep your login credentials private and not share your account. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it privately to security@chartreporter.com before public disclosure.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
Active accounts retain their full trade history. Historical visibility within the app is scoped to your current tier (Free: 3 days, Pro: 90 days, Sovereign: unlimited), but data is never deleted on downgrade. Accounts that are inactive for 180 consecutive days, or subscriptions cancelled for more than 180 days, may be purged along with all associated data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse. We will notify you where reasonably possible.
